RETURN POLICY

Making a return is easy.  Contact our customer service department at info@shadesofgreyclothing.com to request your Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order. 

You will then receive an email containing your RMA number, which is valid for the next 14 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us.  Write the RMA # on the outside of the box.    Returns should be sent to:

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the item.  We suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  There is no restocking fee.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached.  Returns that are soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns.  Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Once an item is accepted as a return, it can take up to 7-10 business days to be credited back to your account.
